USA, countries of past USSR are quite in a rut and social security policies as the belief is not highly accepted on the national level. In USA it is so because of generalUS ethics, heading towards favorable tax conditions, top state of private property, while in the states of former USSR the economical developmentis rocketing and the state-owned social protection projects are only emerging. In Europe on the opposite side we can notice, that social protection undertake a very important role in the people’s lives, and of course in students’ lives in this case. Having protection from the state, students can concentrate on subjects.During these procedures students don’t risk to be fetched to army or some obligatory service, which will put the education in a difficult standpoint. withal there are of course some drawbacks. First of all, sometimes due to this moderate situation students are not motivated enough and therefore do not spend their resources properly and might end up spending a bit too much on their bachelor course for instance. In case they had put more effort, they apparently would have completed the bachelor degree earlierand as a consequence would have a possibility to register for master before starting their career and therefore increase their salary possibilities.
